Q. Can I return / exchange an item?
A. We do not process returns, but we do process exchanges within 15 days of receving the product if it has not been used. Exchanges are made for store credit. To make an exchange please send your item along with a note bearing your name, and your E-Mail address. Once we receive your exchange, we will send an e-mail with a coupon code for the amount of the exchanged item(s). Send to:

Q. When will my order ship?
A. We have a 0-3 business day handling period. 0-5 days from November.1 – Jan.1. These time frames are included in the 15-45 day timeframe it takes for all made to order clothing
Q. Can I change my address after I place my order?

Q. WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS?
A. If your order was listed on backorder (check the order confirmation from paypal) on or before Cyber Monday, your order is guaranteed to be delivered on or before the 24th. It may be the 23rd, but not much sooner. If your order was in stock then it should be on it’s way to you 0-3 days after your order.
